Who's Maid Great?

Maid Great is a College Station cleaning service with a focus on premium services. For more than 3 years, we have been cleaning College Station homes and helping the environment at the same time. 

Maid Great provides cleaning options similar to other maid services in the business, BUT, we don’t require any “pre-visits” and don’t charge by the job, but by the hour. We also utilize the latest technology so clients are able to book and pay online for their cleanings.

Schedule Yourself

Set your own weekly schedule!  We just ask that you are available for at least 3 days per week.  Cleanings can last anywhere from 3 hours up to hours.

Great Pay

We know that providing customers with a premium service requires we hire and employ the best talent. We pay $12/hr. starting for anyone who is willing to hustle while cleaning and not afraid to talk with clients about their expectations and meet them.

The Normal Stuff

A specialist will work with chemicals (and pet/dust allergens) and must maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. A candidate must be 18 years old to fill out a job application for the position. 

Beyond base pay and training opportunities, all employees will receive on-the-job, paid training to enhance cleaning skills and customer service.  Competitive salary options are standard, training is provided, all cleaning supplies are provided, and on-call and casual positions are available for hires to move into.

Tools Required: 

Cell Phone -- all bookings, driving directions and payments are done via app, and you will need a way to check appointments and contact clients

Reliable Transportation -- you will meet clients at their home. 

Skills Required: 

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ADHEAR TO THE SCHEDULE YOU SET FOR YOURSELF. YOU CREATE OPENINGS FOR WHEN YOU WANT TO WORK AND WE TRY TO FILL THEM. ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR SCHEDULE FOR A JOB, YOU CAN'T DECLINE A JOB FOR THAT TIME SLOT.  YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS PER WEEK, WITH EACH CLEANING LASTING ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3-6 HOURS.

We can't seem to cover this enough, so ask yourself, when is the last time I had to cancel or reschedule something in my life? If the answer is "often" this isn't the right job for you. If you miss a job - we won't send you any more, game over.
